Banco CTT, a fast-growing Portuguese bank, was experiencing performance degradation on critical processes. Business growth had made certain data processing inefficient, particularly around the regulatory DST5 file.

Targeted restructuring of DST5 file processing on MuleSoft Mule4, with batch integration between Salesforce, SAP, Reltio and Microsoft SQL Server.
We redesigned the DST5 file processing to simplify existing flows on the MuleSoft (Mule4) platform. Integration batches were then deployed in production to ensure fluid and reliable connectivity between Salesforce, SAP, Reltio and Microsoft SQL Server.

MuleSoft integration successfully deployed in production. Stable, well-defined connectivity between Salesforce, SAP, Reltio and Microsoft SQL Server. Performance restored.
Integration batches are operational in production, with reliable connectivity across the four key systems. DST5 file processing has been considerably simplified, eliminating bottlenecks and restoring performance expected by the banking teams.
