Baskin Wealth Management handles complex wealth — investments, tax, retirement, estate planning, philanthropy. Their client onboarding process was entirely manual: email exchanges, hand-signed documents, time-consuming validations. Each new client required significant resources from the team.

Onboarding involved many stakeholders, varied documents and disconnected systems. Information collection, signing and validations were done manually — generating delays and error risks.

Full process mapping through workshops, then automation: structured information collection, electronic document management and signatures, multi-stakeholder validation workflows and integration with final systems.
Workshops mapped each step of the process and identified stakeholders. An automated system was then put in place: smart forms, e-signatures, multi-stakeholder validation workflows and back-office system integration.
