JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
Define and manage the CRM product roadmap.
Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM capabilities.
Functional skills :
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in an Agile environment.
Technical skills :
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (5 years or more preferred).
Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
Proficient in gathering requirements and managing backlogged products.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
