JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will be:

Management of customer requests and complaints via different communication channels (telephone, email, chat, social networks, etc.).
Answering customer questions, resolving problems and processing requests with quality and professionalism in mind.
Assistance and advice to customers on the use of our products or services, ensuring that clear and precise information is provided.
Monitoring customer files and updating information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
Participation in the continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following qualities:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the service or consulting sector.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize and communicate in a clear and courteous manner.
Strong customer orientation, with a strong desire to satisfy and build customer loyalty.
Ability to manage difficult or conflictual situations calmly and professionally.
Rigor and organization in monitoring customer files and time management.
Mastery of IT tools and ease in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
CONTRACTUAL ELEMENTS
The position is to be filled on a permanent, full-time basis.
Based in Bordeaux, with the possibility of teleworking.
